Births and Anniversaries.

Good evening, this is a card created using my Cricut
for the numbers and the fantastic extra large fancy
flower punch from SU. I created the background and
banner on the computer, added a few leaves,
a sprinkling of gems and it's done.
Now this one is made with the Cricut again, the
new arrivals cartridge with doodle bug rub
ons for the name, the footprints are a punch.
Last few days of the holidays thank goodness
i'm fed up with being a referee.

Puff The Magic Dragon.

This was created using the Cricut
with QK grass, it was for a friend
who's partner calls her Puff, That is
one cute dragon.

Two For The Boys.

Good morning, the sun is shining again
lets hope it lasts.
Today we have a couple of the dreaded male
cards, I always find them difficult and
most men really don't want boats or
steam trains on their cards!
I always find stars cover all age ranges
and are really simple to create using nesties for the
stars then embossing them with various cuttlebug
embossing folders.
This card was for my son who just had
his 12th birthday, a difficult age as they're no
longer babies but not grown up.
I used an image from Greeting Farm,
the cogs are a Tim Holtz die and the name is
a QK alphabet, he now has this framed in his room.
Enjoy the sunshine, there is definitely an autumnal
chill in the air so make the most of it.

Double Trouble.

most of my cards are custom made which
gives you the added bonus of adding names,
I also try to make my cards  in a way that if the
recipient wants to frame them then they fit
perfectly in the Ikea square box frames, so
not only is it a card but a unique piece of art work.
Another card created using my Cricut, the new arrivals
cartridge, some tulle  (love it!)  and plastic dummies.
So Cute!! I love it.

B Is For Birthday.

Good morning!
At last the sun is shining and all is right
with the world, isn't it funny how the weather has such
an effect on our mood, the house is cleaned, dinner prepared
and white chocolate and raspberry blondies in the oven yum yum.
This card was created using my Cricut and the edge was achieved
using the scallop blade on my paper trimmer, a bit fiddly to line up
but worth it, hope your all enjoying the sunshine,
have a great Sunday.

Christening.

Used my Cricut for the name and the
Quickutz 2x2 teddy bear.

Table Favours

These hold 4 after eight chocolates,
I made 30 of these, believe me I was very glad
when they were finished although they did look
great and I had plenty of compliments,
it's funny how you always forget just how much work
goes into these things until you do it again,
a bit like giving birth!!
